Walker Friedman and former of-counsel attorney Leza Kerr won a summary judgment today for their client in a trust fight pending in the 96th Judicial District Court of Tarrant County.
The client stood accused of exercising undue influence and, as trustee, breaching her fiduciary duty in a case that also included a lack-of-capacity claim. The ruling from Judge R.H. Wallace came five days after oral argument, and by disposing of all the plaintiffs’ causes of action, resulted in the client’s total vindication.
